I was thinkin of a few really cool features that could be added to the killer app 1.2 earlier.
1. mplawless- you can harm civillians
2. mpcamo- invisible to enemy AI
3. tron legacy lightcycle skin- for the basic 'lightcycle' section, it would be just a different model, nothing else would be changed like jetwalls or turning
4 (final point). wouldn't it be cool of the character could actually fight and play in 3rd person? right now there's an animation for movement and such but combat is impossible.
Any ideas?

Re: Suggestions for 2.0 mods
I just found a list of non working cheats. they require the developer engine for Tron 2.0 but maybe they could serve some purpose?

Re: Suggestions for 2.0 mods
Hi Sark1982, welcome to the LDSO forum.
I wrote up that list of cheats, years ago. The situation hasn't really changed since then. Those non-working cheats only work in the developer version of the game executable. The code that handles those specific cheats was removed from the final released game. It's not possible to add them back, either. At least, not without source code. Which we don't have.
The cheats in the KA Mod were just a lucky break, as I managed to figure out a way to get a few working without source code.
Meanwhile, a Tron Legacy style Light Cycle is certainly doable. In fact, I know that right now someone (Layer) is working on just that. Whether he'd prefer to keep it as an independent mod or agree to merge it with an existing mod is a question mark, though.

Thanks for getting me up to speed. It's too bad BVG never agreed to release the source code, though.
