The same way some of the single player levels for the TRON 2.0 Story mode were converted to MP maps, I think some of the UE and UE2 maps would do pretty good as MP maps. This doesn't seem too hard on the surface, just do a bit of editing to make them MP compatible. Of course, my previous readings of how weird the Lithtech engine is and how someone here said "it's hard to add even the slightest detail", I wouldn't be surprised. Of course, it would be a great way for people who don't have the mod to experience certain parts! Great way to promote it, too. :)

And Death Program, I read your review, and I now see why the ending is so awesome. :-)

I also noticed that, during the ending cutscene, the player model seemed to have a custom face texture.. I may be mistaken, tho. If I am right, do you think we may see Jeremy as a playable MP skin in KillerApp.mod? 8-)

Also, the UserError2 download from the main page contained both the original and the sequel, right? :???:

Also, on the final level, which I seemed to find a bit too short (from personal experience I can see why, tho. ), was that completely original music? I don't recall ever hearing it in the TRON 2.0 story mode...

Again, awesome job!

Oh, and TronFAQ,
If you guys ever do a "UserError3", you should have a tron-sector level! Or maybe a level based on your site? hehe. Maybe even a level based on these LDSO forums here! Tons of guest appearences!

I also thought I noticed that in some of the earlier levels... probably just me.

There's no new music to be heard, it's all taken from the original game.

There is one music track inside the .REZ, but I never heard it used anywhere.

Yeah, I figured if you used it anywhere it would be there. But I didn't want to mention the egg until you did.

Still, I didn't hear it in there either. I'll go have another listen, though.

Based on which levels you all would like to have,
It might be possible, however at this point in time,
Im not sure it will be happening very soon.

Never hurts to post your requests.

** FYI the Reco level and the Canyon Grid w/ the grid bugs were by Zook**

Sometimes I can't find the exit out of my own room.

Here is an explanation with the voice change: Our friend Jeremy hit puberty. Very very late.

hello, great job! and thanx!
i'm a little confused about UE and UE2.
Is it that UE is the original 25 or so MB demo, and UE2 is the full version(which contains the demo) or am I missing something, here?

Not exactly. The original UE was released 3 years ago, and contained 5 levels. At that time, it was considered a complete mission but there were always plans to add more levels later.

Then another 11 levels were made (including cutscenes). It was decided that rather than release the new levels separately, the old and new would be released together as one longer mission.

Sometimes the new version is simply referred to as User Error, because it replaced the first one. But it's often called User Error 2 or UE2 to distinguish it from the original.

thanx for the explanation.
I played the original release a few years back, but kept derezzing upon entering one of the game grid platforms. Luckily, last night on this forum, i saw how to get through that.
Haven't finished playing yet, but a total treat so far.
