If you downloaded it from my site it does not contain a virus.

You're probably getting what's known as a false positive. Sometimes the anti-virus makers screw up a definition update or their heuristics are too paranoid, and they flag something as a virus when it isn't. What anti-virus are you using? If it's Norton/Symantec, their track record with false positives has been pretty bad.

You can submit any file to http://www.virustotal.com/ or http://virusscan.jotti.org/en and these sites will use multiple virus scanners to give you a better idea as to whether a file is really infected or not.

I downloaded Win REZ from your site, and re-installed it. I then re-scanned the program directory, and it detected the same Trojan virus in the EXE file. I am using AVG Anti-Virus.

OK, if you downloaded from my site I can assure you Winrez does not have a virus. AVG is giving you false positives. Do a Google search for "AVG false positives" and you may be surprised at what you see. Norton/Symantec and AVG are pretty bad for this.

Try uploading either the Winrez installer or those individual files to the sites I mentioned earlier. You might be surprised when you see even their copy of AVG declares the submitted file clean. Or try an online anti-virus site like Eset Online Scanner and do a quick scan, which should check your Windows directory.
