Attribute Filename Content and Purpose
ACTIVATETYPES.TXT Predefined messages that the player will see when they place their cursor over a switch.
These are assigned to the RotatingSwitch and SlidingSwitch objects in DEdit.
AIBUTES.TXT Defines characteristics of the various AI characters, mostly having to do with the Brain type set on CAIHuman objects in DEdit.
AIGOALS.TXT Defines behaviors of the various GoalSet selections on CAIHuman objects in DEdit. Also some AINode behavior selections.
ANIMATIONS_CORRUPTIONBALL.TXT May define simple animations for the Corruption Ball weapon ThorneFIXME uses in the Progress Bar level of TRON 2.0.
ANIMATIONS_GAMEBOT.TXT Self-Explanatory. Animation definitions for the GamebotFIXME (aka LightCyclist) characters.
ANIMATIONS_GENERAL.TXT Defines a large number of more sophisticated animations for most of the male characters.
ANIMATIONS_GENERALFEMALE.TXT Defines a large number of more sophisticated animations for most of the female characters.
ANIMATIONS_ICKERNEL.TXT Self-Explanatory. Animation definitions for the KernelFIXME boss character.
ANIMATIONS_ICLAUNCHER.TXT Defines animations for the more heavily armored ICPFIXME characters that fire multiple discs.
ANIMATIONS_ICSHIELD.TXT Defines animations for the more heavily armored ICP characters that carry shields.
ANIMATIONS_M0701.TXT Defines animations for the longest cutscene in TRON 2.0: where from inside the computer, JetFIXME frees AlanFIXME.
ANIMATIONS_NETRUNNER.TXT Defines animations for the DataWraithFIXME characters.
ANIMATIONS_RECTORSCRIPT.TXT Self-Explanatory. Animation definitions for the RectorscriptFIXME characters.
ANIMATIONS_REGULAR.TXT Defines animations for the regular, less armored ICP characters.
ANIMATIONS_RESOURCEHOG.TXT Self-Explanatory. Animation definitions for the Resource HogFIXME characters.

ANIMATIONSSEEKER.TXT Self-Explanatory. Animation definitions for the SeekerFIXME boss character.
ANIMATIONSTEMP.TXT Does not seem to be used by TRON 2.0. Could be leftover junk from game testing.
ATTACHMENTS.TXT Definitions for model Attachments that can be placed on Character models.
BOSSES.TXT Seems to define behavior for the CThorne object in DEdit, used in the Progress Bar level of TRON 2.0.
CIRCUITS.TXT Defines the Single Player Light Cycle racing circuits.
CLIENTBUTES.TXT Defines numerous settings used by the game client (LITHTECH.EXE).
CLIENTSND.TXT Defines file paths to sound files used by the client. Specifically, the speech files located in the VOICE directory (inside the TRON 2.0 .REZ files).
COMMANDS.TXT DEdit commands to be executed on specific Single Player game levels.
DAMAGEFX.TXT Defines some attributes of how damage from specific weapons or environmental objects behaves.
DAMAGETYPES.TXT Defines how different types of damage affect the player.
DEBRIS.TXT Defines debris special effects caused by weapon fire or objects being destroyed.
Also defines debris that can be created by using WorldModel, WorldModelDebris, Breakable, and Explosion objects in DEdit.
FX.TXT Defines almost all of the ClientFX special effects used by the game.
GADGETTARGETS.TXT Not used in TRON 2.0. Leftover from No Ones Lives Forever 2.
Defines spy gadgets that can be used by the player.
INTELITEMS.TXT Not used in TRON 2.0. Leftover from No Ones Lives Forever 2.
Defines intelligence items that can be picked up by the player.
INVENTORY.TXT Defines the E-mails, Help Files, and Build Notes that can be picked up in TRON 2.0.
Defined Letters and Notes in No Ones Lives Forever 2.
KEYITEMS.TXT Not used in TRON 2.0. Leftover from No Ones Lives Forever 2.
Defines keys that can be used to unlock doors or devices.
LAYOUT.TXT Controls the positions and sizes, for most of the HUD interface and menu elements in the game.
LIGHTCYCLES.TXT Defines the types of Light Cycles, their attributes, and their colors in TRON 2.0.
MISSIONS.TXT Defines all the levels and their loading screens in the Single Player game.
MODELBUTES.TXT Defines characteristics for all the models in the game.
MP_WEAPONS.TXT Defines weapons that can be used in the Multiplayer Disc Arena mode of TRON 2.0.
MPDM_SUBROUTINES.TXT Defines subroutines that can be used in the Multiplayer Derez mode of TRON 2.0. Identical to SUBROUTINES.TXT.
MPDM_WEAPONS.TXT Defines weapons that can be used in the Multiplayer Derez mode of TRON 2.0.
MUSIC.TXT Defines the various moods or intensities available for the music in the game.
NOMISSIONS.TXT Empty placeholder file pointed to by the game code when in Multiplayer.
PINGS.TXT Defines the ping icons that can appear when an event occurs or a character wants to be contacted by I/O Node in TRON 2.0
POPUPITEMS.TXT Defines items that can place popups on the screen. These are E-mails and Help Files in TRON 2.0.
Used for Letters and Notes in No Ones Lives Forever 2.
PROPTYPES.TXT Defines the Prop models used by the game.
RATINGS.TXT Defines characteristics for Jet's performance ratings in TRON 2.0.
RELATIONDATA.TXT Defines the Alignment that can be selected for a CAIHuman character in DEdit, and how these factions relate to each other.
SEARCHITEMS.TXT Not used in TRON 2.0. Leftover from No Ones Lives Forever 2.
Defines items that can be searched by the player, and what they contain.
SERVERBUTES.TXT Defines miscellaneous settings used by both the client and server. (LITHTECH.EXE and TRONSRV.EXE.)
SERVEROPTIONS.TXT Defines various options that can be set for the server. May not be used by TRON 2.0.
SERVERSND.TXT Defines file paths to sound files used by the client and server. Specifically, the speech files located in the VOICE directory (inside the TRON 2.0 .REZ files).
Also defines exactly which dialogue the AI characters use when encountering the player.
SKILLS.TXT Not used in TRON 2.0. Leftover from No Ones Lives Forever 2.
Defines skill specialties and levels that can be earned by the player through experience points.
SOUNDBUTES.TXT Lists predefined sound effects.
SOUNDFILTERS.TXT How some sound effects should be treated by the game engine or Creative EAX (if available), to add properties like echo, reverb, and so on.
SUBROUTINES.TXT Defines all the subroutines in Single Player for TRON 2.0.
SURFACE.TXT Defines properties of different surface types you can assign to WorldModel objects in DEdit.
This allows for surfaces to generate different sound effects when struck or stepped on, different reactions when shot at (shatters, cracks, dents, passthrough), whether it can be seen through by AI, and so on.
TRIGGERTYPES.TXT Defines the different types of the Trigger object. There are two special types of trigger: the TransAM and ExitTrigger. See the DEdit page for more on these.
WEAPONS.TXT Defines weapons that can be used in the Single Player game.
