Is This Jay Maynard?

I had to do a double take when I came across this pic. It looks like our beloved Tron Guy, but is it? I can't find the source of the pic, or any other info.

Is our unofficial mascot leaving the grid for some Shakespearean costume play? Or is this just a look alike?

It sure looks like Jay to me.

I also found some evidence to support that it's him. Scroll to the bottom, and look at the URL of the picture.

The reasons that I doubted that it was Jay was his face seems heavier and his mustache looks thicker...and the fact that you never see any pics online of him without his Tron suit. There's nothing on his website referring to this costume either.
