I'm serious. It's free, and you already have it as part of Windows. It gives you a lot of flexibility by being able to pick different sizes and bitrates. (At least, it did in XP. In Vista, Microsoft decided to take away a lot of options to make it "simpler". PDT_Armataz_01_27) And everybody with a PC can play back the .WMV files, too.

You could also try compressing them with Divx or Xvid. Xvid allows you to encode for free, but with Divx you have to pay for that feature.

I suggest using trial ware, Corel's Ulead 8 is cool if you're familiar with editing, this program has effects and stuff you can do that are really cool, even if it's cookie cutter, this is better than stuff I bought(ba$tards). (if, (you may) need some help with adding clips, but after that it get's easy. But if you want to do simple video editing, use WMM. Also, expect to use alot of HD space.

To compress the video I make sure it's alteast 800x600 then use AutoGK to compress it. Audio needs to be in AC3, or compatible with AKG to compress it.

Anderson showed me this, it works pretty good. you may want to tinker with it to get exactly what you want, the settings are simple. make sure you add a project, to start.

DIrK tried to take me out in this awesome maze. I escaped and promptly hit an arena wall.

Daddyo's disk trail was being weird in disk arena. He said it was because I was alt-tabbing so much.

Whoops! I just found the other player in the last LC pic. Look in the upper-lefthand corner where the powerup is. He's sorta in the powerup and very hard to see.

Those multiple light trails are caused by my really hard throwing style, and it's electromagnetic interaction with the ether. Sorta like a series of mach cones

Hey, Daddyo, you should take all of those vids you got of Avi gettin annihilated and syncronize it to the song "Guitar Hero" (yes, there's a song, it's by Monkey Steals the Peach), because we know how much Avi loves Guitar Hero. :lol:

It's called "Van Halen - Jump - Super Smash Brothers Brawl style", I've shown it to some freinds and family and I've gotten all positive response. No one's left any comments yet... *hint* *hint*

I will say that I use Sony Vegas to edit my vids then I have it render all my edit work together as 1 big vid in WMV format...and at default quality...so as to not lose or gain anything that may cause other things in footage to be diff...like for example if I try real high quality it will make footage too dark...so yea...

I also, since I use a flash player on my own website...convert the WMV file into a FLV file at high quality...and usually what happens is it gets converted from WMV to FLV in high quality and if the WMV file is like 200+ MB the FLV conversion file comes out to be less than like 50MB so yea...

I use the Flash Video Encoder that comes with Adobe Flash...
