TRON at D23 Event this September

For all that will be in the Southern California area, mark your calendars for the D23 Expo.

This will be held at the Anaheim Convention center from Sept 10-13. It is to show off all of the upcoming Disney projects. In particular, check out the pavilions section:

They will be showing some sneak previews and exclusive presentations on Disney Studios, including Tron 2!

FYI, the D23 expo schedule has been released. People going to the expo on Friday, September 11th can attend the Tron panel at 4:00pm.

D23 seemed to have nothing really new, but some interesting read on how the Disney studios have that old school feeling back....

Too be honest, most of what i saw so far reminds me more about an typical alien/science-fiction. I hope the put e bit more 'digital' style on the elements in the final version of the film. So far no real layouts, no outlines or something like that. Will be definitly cool looking, but IMHO so far not Tron-like.

Looks like either an entry port, or a mini I/O Tower. Probably the latter.
