Couldn't initialize DebrisMgr

I keep getting this message whenever I try and run the game with the mod:

ERROR in CGlobalClientmgr::Init()
Couldn't initialize DebrisMgr. Make sure the Attributes\Debris.txt file is valid!

The Debris.txt file doesn't exist what am I supposed to do?

Just use the TRON 2.0 game launcher (TRON 2.0 shortcut icon) and click Play, then see what happens. It will probably fix the error.

It did not work, when I run it with the mod it shows the aforementioned error.
when I run it without the mod it does this error:

Could not init CircuitButeMgr!

what now?

Go into your Tron 2.0 folder - probably "C:\Program Files\Buena Vista Interactive\Tron 2.0", might also be "Program Files (x86)" - look for a file named launchcmds.txt, and delete it. Then try running the TRON 2.0 game launcher (not the Mod Manager) and play the game.

If you're still getting errors, then it's starting to sound like the CD or image you used to install the game is somehow corrupt.
