So I uninstalled the KA mod and went to reinstall it to try and fix some issues, but when I go to install the mod again it tells me KA mod already is installed. Is there a reg key lying around which needs to be removed or something? I also tried a full reinstall of Tron 2.0 and all of its mods, same error came up.

The solution to that problem is mentioned in the Troubleshooting Guide, but I'll repost the relevant section here.

If the installer complains that a previous version of the mod is installed, you'll need to delete a folder on your hard drive. If TRON 2.0 was installed to the default location, it will be at:

C:\Program Files\Buena Vista Interactive\Tron 2.0\Custom\Mods\Retail
(Windows XP/Vista/7/8 32-bit)

OR

C:\Program Files (x86)\Buena Vista Interactive\Tron 2.0\Custom\Mods\Retail
(Vista/7/8 64-bit)

Delete the Retail folder. The installer should now allow you to continue.

Note that the installer will require approximately 2.5GB of hard drive space in order to install the mod. (1.5GB for installed files, and 1GB temporary space during installation.)

When v1.2 of the mod is released, it will fix this and a lot of other problems. But v1.2 isn't done just yet.
