I did finally get an Arc Wars post card recently. Very nice. 
Too bad we can't get all four unless we have multiple family member accounts at Flynn Lives.
The dots near the edge on the white side of the card are clearly post office markings. Not sure if the black stripe is also for post office use, but it looks like it. If there are any other markings or dots that only show up in UV light, I don't have a light like that handy so I can't look for them.
