Since this came up again,

Wether you choose to "KILL" the final cinematic AI's,
Or "NOT KILL" the final cinematic AI's,
(Which is supposed to be the proper way to finish the level)

You end up with the following:

The correct way - You get to see the out come of Jeremy,
And all the hard work Win3k created for a cool cinematic ending,

The incorrect way - You will get to actually experience,
What happens to Jeremy first hand, sort of
