Re: [TRON] Squad Continued...
To join, you just have to play other games that we play besides Tron 2.0. If you have any Steam games, there's a Steam Tron Squad group that you can join, and there's also an XFire Tron Squad group if you have XFire installed. I haven't been seeing any Tron Squad activity as of late, other than individuals just doing their own thing.
Some of us put the [TRON] tag in front of our names to help identify each other in a server, but it's not a necessity.

I could start up a private TF2 server for us all to hang out on this weekend...
Dang, seems like I can't host on Source engine games due to my inability to forward ports to my router. Essentially, the same problem I have with TRON 2.0.

It's not like it's dropping down to 56 KB/s

You stand corrected.
I don't know why it was down that low, but it just shot back up to 1mb and fell down to the usual 700k.

It's not about your speed Tron, you got to account for the fact that the Steam client is a very busy thing, and shifts through millions of stuff, so you're download....not so important as maintaining the servers. Or other functions.

Really? I was expecting them to just shut down all master servers to give me a faster download.SweatyPyro wrote:It's not about your speed Tron, you got to account for the fact that the Steam client is a very busy thing, and shifts through millions of stuff, so you're download....not so important as maintaining the servers. Yea, I sent a mail to Valve asking they do that for me, and I didn't get a response back. The mail must have gotten lost or something.

I have it, and was going to start playing again since I found a real cheap copy of the original GW for my son. I have a clan called Southern Gothic (our tag is SoGo), but I'd have to talk to the other members to see if we accept Brits into the club. Probably not, though.
My name on there is Byle Dryver. Add it to you list and maybe we can hook up one day. I'll help you destroy all those big bad monsters in the forests and around the cities. I'm awesome like that.

Technically, we used to have a Tron Guild. But's not really active anymore, I being not an active player anymore myself.

I'm in one of those rare school holidays that allow me to reverse my body clock to become nocturnal, and get pwned by americans. Are Jade's or Anderson's teamspeak servers still up? Maybe we should get togethor at sometime to play bf2, tf2 or (dare i say) tron 2.0.

Also, you guys should download the BF Sandbox mod. Jeep races, jet maps, etc...it's like Garry's Mod, but for BF2 and it's free.
